AUZEON is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@auzeon.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us or submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, investment objective, indicative capital range and any message you choose to provide.
For website security, spam prevention and campaign attribution, our systems may also process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser information, submission time, session data, referring page, landing page and campaign parameters such as UTM tags or advertising click identifiers.
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- review and respond to your enquiry;
- understand your property or investment brief;
- communicate with you about the service you requested;
- keep necessary business and enquiry records;
- protect the website and prevent spam or misuse;
- meet legal and regulatory obligations; and
- measure website performance, but only when optional analytics are configured and you have allowed them.
We process information when it is needed to respond to your request, provide a service, comply with the law, protect our legitimate business and security interests, or when you have given consent.
Marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. We will only send promotional updates where you have agreed to receive them. You may opt out at any time by replying to the message or contacting us.

This website uses Hostinger for hosting and n8n for secure form automation and delivery. Information may also be processed by configured email, CRM, spam-prevention, analytics, professional advisory or property-transaction providers where needed for the relevant purpose. These providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role.

Some service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements designed to protect personal information in accordance with applicable law.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. You may ask us to delete it at any time. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

About these terms
These terms apply when you use the AUZEON website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
The Shortlist engagement
The AUZEON Shortlist is a paid research engagement and is separate from any property transaction. The fee is AED 7,500, confirmed in writing and payable before work begins. Where a written engagement letter sets out a different scope, fee or timetable for a particular client, that letter takes precedence over this page.
What the fee covers
The fee covers the work described on the Shortlist page: an initial goal session, research and testing of candidate projects against our seven checks, a written shortlist of the projects that pass, the supporting figures and the assumptions behind them, and a call to talk the shortlist through.
It does not cover legal or conveyancing services, formal valuation, survey or structural inspection, mortgage or tax advice, or any government, developer or registration charge such as DLD or Oqood fees. Those remain your responsibility and should be taken from appropriately qualified advisers.
If nothing passes
If, having done the work, we conclude that nothing currently available meets your brief, we will tell you so and return the fee in full. That conclusion is our assessment, made in good faith on the evidence available at the time, and we will set out the reasoning in writing. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
If you buy through AUZEON
If you complete a purchase of a property introduced to you by AUZEON, and AUZEON receives a commission from the developer or seller on that purchase, we credit the full fee back to you against that commission. This applies to purchases completed within 12 months of the shortlist being delivered.
Where no commission is payable to AUZEON on the purchase, or where you buy a property AUZEON did not introduce, the fee is not credited.
Commission and independence
On a transaction, AUZEON may be paid a commission by the developer or seller rather than by you. Commission is not one of the seven checks and does not determine what appears on a shortlist. Where a commission arrangement is relevant to a decision you are making, we will tell you before you decide.
Changing your mind
You may cancel before the goal session takes place and receive a full refund. Once research has begun the fee is not refundable, except under the terms set out under “If nothing passes” above.
What a shortlist is, and is not
A shortlist is a reasoned opinion based on the evidence available when it is written. It is not a valuation, an audit, a survey, a legal opinion, or a guarantee that any project will be delivered, let, resold or appreciate. Figures for price, cost, rent and yield are stated on the assumptions set out in the document, and those assumptions can change. The decision remains yours, and you should take independent legal, financial and technical advice before committing.
Support after purchase
Where you purchase through AUZEON, we remain your point of contact through negotiation, documentation and the stages that follow, including handover on an off-plan purchase. That support forms part of the transaction relationship. It does not extend the scope of the research engagement described above, and it does not make AUZEON responsible for developer performance, construction quality or delivery timing.
